Roxanne works as a facilitator and has been in the role for over 3 years where she has worked over several Greater Manchester boroughs supporting young people to get ready for independence. Roxanne enjoys supporting young people through challenges, getting young people ready for independence and building relationships with her young people. Roxanne enjoys being a facilitator because every day is different.
