Nayaab is a House Project Facilitator with a background in youth work, support work, and psychology. She is passionate about empowering young people, particularly care leavers, to develop the skills and confidence needed for independent living.

Drawing on her experience and knowledge, Nayaab works collaboratively to provide guidance, practical support, and opportunities that help young people thrive as they transition into adulthood. Her approach focuses on building resilience and promoting wellbeing.
